  1. Male, max. 33 years old
  2. S2 in Finance / Marketing & S1 in Architect / Civil
  3. Having experience as Project Manager / Project Coordinator in Property min. 5 years
  4. Fluent in English / Mandarin is a must

TECHNICAL COORDINATOR (TC)

  1. S1 in Civil Engineering
  2. Able to coordinating in field

ARCHITECT (AR)

  1. S1 in Architect
  2. Good in Autocad & building design

LANDSCAPE SUPERVISOR (LS)

  1. Min. D3 in Landscape
  2. Having experience in making Landscape design
  3. Familiar with Autocad Program

QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)

  1. S1 in Civil Engineer
  2. Have experience in calculating the volume of building and making analyzing unit price based on market conditions

MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

  1. D3 in Electrical Engineer
  2. Having experience in handling mechanical and electrical for housing and building

SURVEYOR (SVY)

  1. S1 in Geodesi
  2. Able to work independen
  3. Able to use totalstation

ENGINEERING ADM. STAFF

  1. D3 in Civil Engineer
  2. Having experience in engineering administration jobs

FINANCE CONTROLLER (FC)

  1. S1 in Accounting
  2. Understand about cash flow

ACCOUNTING STAFF (AS)

  1. S1 in Accounting
  2. Excellent in accounting procedure
  3. Having recent knowledge about tax and payroll

CASHIER (Ca)

  1. D3 in Accounting / Management
  2. Having experience as a cashier at the property

HRD & GA

  1. S1 in Psychology
  2. Having experience as HRD officer (Recruitment, Training and administration)

LEGAL (Le)

  1. S1 in Law
  2. Having experience in notary office
  3. Familiar with sale & purchase deed

MARKETING COORDINATOR (MC)

  1. S1 in Management
  2. Have an excellent networking skill and communication

General Qualification:

  1. Age maximal 28-30 years old
  2. Having experience in their field min. 2 years
  3. Willing to be placed in Kalimantan / Sulawesi / Sumatera
