Capital Management Manager (CMM)
Requirements:
1. Familiarity with purchase or sales agreements, partnership agreements as well as natural resources, agribusiness and real estate documents
2. Experience in preparing and reviewing investment or transactions term sheets.
3. Excellent in financial modeling skills
TRAINING MANAGER (TM)
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Management / Human Resources / Psychology
2. Min. 4 years experience in training and development roles.
3. Young dynamic and highly motivated personality
4. Proficient in English
5. Able to work independently and also work with an integrated multi-discipline team.
SENIOR EXECUTIVE SECRETARY (SEC)
Requirements:
1. 7-10 years experience as Executive Assistance to Senior.
2. Management, preferably from a multinational company
3. Proficient in English.
Management Trainee (MT)
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Business / Commerce
2. Proficient in English is a must
3. Fast learner, proactive and target oriented
4. Good teamwork and excellent communication skills.
5. Overseas / international exposure and experience are most welcome to apply.
TENANT RELATIONS MANAGER (TRM)
Requirements:
1. Extensive experience in either the property industry, especially in residential leasing or hospitality industry.
2. Minimum 5 years work experience in similar role
3. Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
4. Enjoy socializing and meeting people; excellent public relations skills.
PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER (PM)
Requirements:
1. 8-10 years of experience in handling the construction and development of high rise buildings.
2. Positive attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills
3. Strong leadership and problem solving skills.
MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING MANAGER (MA) – Lampung Based
Requirements:
1. 8-10 years of experience in similar role
2. Multinational manufacturing background is preferred.
3. Ability to understand and explain complex costing issues to all levels within the business including non-finance professional manufacturing environment.
4. Strong leadership and analytical skills.
SYSTEM ANALYST (SA)
Requirements:
1. Experience in working with business package software (ERP), such as SAP, AXAPNA, IFS, BAAN etc.
2. Good knowledge of business processes with good analytical skill.
Senior Database Administrator (SDBA)
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years of previous DBA experience in a large transactional database.
2. Strong knowledge in database design and concept with strong programming skill in procedure and automation scripts.
