To support our operations in Indonesia, we are seeking highly qualified
experienced candidates for the following positions:
- 1. TOOLPUSHER
- 2. DRILLER
- 3. HSE OFFICER
- 4. HR MANAGER
- 5. CORPORATE ADMIN
General Requirements:
- Willing to be assigned in or travel to any of PT Mutiara Biru Perkasa project location in Indonesia;
- Minimum 5-10 years related experience in the same position in oil and gas drilling industry;
- Good working knowledge of the English language;
- Computer literate;
- Strong team player, strong leadership and a self starter and proactive person
Specific Requirements for Rig Manager / Toolpusher:
- A minimum 10 years in oil and gas drilling and work over industry as Rig Manager / Toolpusher;
- Possessing certification of IADC/IWCF and Migas APB (Ahli Pengendali Bor) II/III;
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and email)
Specific Requirements for Driller:
- A minimum 10 years in oil and gas drilling and work over industry as Driller;
- Possessing certification of IADC/IWCF and Migas JB (Juru Bor) III.
Specific Requirements for HSE Officer:
Must have certification on H2S, fire fighting, confined space, first aid;
Specific Requirements for HR Manager:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law, Management and Psychology;
- Possessing knowledge in Human Resource aspect and Industrial Relation
- Experienced in recruitment, performance management, people development and organizational development;
- Well organized and target oriented.
Specific Requirements for Corporate Admin:
- A minimum 2 years in oil & gas drilling and workover industry;
- Possessing good administration skills;
- Proficient in English both oral & written with good communication with local and expatriates and interpersonal skills
- Possessing good understanding of corporate legal document and tender document;
- Familiar with expat personnel permits.
- Hardworking person, must be willing to work independently, self motivated, having self disciplined and a quick learner.
