In lorder to supports its business expansion in Karawang – West Java, PT. Bakaert Indonesia is looking for talent to fill in the following positions:
OPERATIONAL MANAGER
Your Role:
- You will manage the whole operation of the plant to support the sales demand and growth
- You will prepare X+1 plan (staffing, capacity planning, investments)
- You will define the KPI’s for the whole operation and ensures the deployment down to the work floor
- You will organize and manage all the departments to meet plan targets
You Profile:
- You hold a bachelor degree in engineering with min. 7 years experience in production and technical
- Familiar to relating aspect in production, maintenance, safety and environment, financial issue and able to handle industrial relations
- Excellent speaking and writing ability of English supported with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Your Role:
- You will be responsible for the installation of all electrical systems and wiring of new equipment
- You will read and study the electrical drawings and will ensure that after installation the equipment and PLCs are running properly
- In the operation stage you will be responsible for conducting the accidential and preventive maintenance and contribute in achieving the output and uptime targets of the production department.
- Together with small team of specialized electrical technicians who will be responsible for conducting the daily maintenance activities.
- You will report directly to the maintenance manager
Your Profile:
- You hold a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering with min. 5 years experience in electrical troubleshooting and installation of machines
- You have a strong knowledge in programming / troubleshooting of PLC and AC Drives
- You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills with proven hands-on experience
- You want to get the things done and enjoy working in a team
- Excellent speakig and writing ability of English supported with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT OFFICER
Your Role:
- You will answer all customer inquiries related to the product availability and delivery dates
- You will process incoming orders in SAP and coordinate all the preshipment and after shipment activities
- You will develop and maintain an excellent relationship with your customers by responding timely to all their inquiries and meeting their demands
Your Profile:
- You Hold a D3 or S1 degree in Economy, Accounting or Logistics with 2-3 years experience in internal sales, shipping, exim or logistics
- You will handle the inquiries-order-deliveries as one cycle of work and communicate well with production technical department to fulfill all the customer needs
- You are well organized, have a high sense of urgency and work very independently
- Excellent in SAP or other ERP software is an advantage
- Excellent speakig and writing ability of English supported with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
