PT. BARA INDAH

We are established coal mining and trading company, with concessions in South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan & Sumatera. We are looking a dynamic, highly motivated and experienced professionals to fill in the following positions:

Finance & Accounting Manager (FAM)

1.    Master degree in Accountancy / Economics

2.    Min. 15 years of working experience at Mining Company (will be advantage)

3.    Maximal 45 years old

4.    Auditor experienced at least 5 years

5.    Managerial experience in controlling and/or accounting and finance

6.    Proficiency in Indonesian taxes and legal expertise esp. double taxation treation, IFRS & budgeting

Cost Control Officer (Cost)

1.    Bachelor degree in Accountancy / Economics

2.    Min. 15 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

3.    Has a good knowledge in Cost & Financial Controlling, Filling Management Monitoring, Revenue & Cost Analysis

4.    Max. 45 years old

Accounting Supervisor (AC Spv)

1.    Bachelor Degree in Accountancy / Economics

2.    Min. 5 years of working experience in at Mining Company (will be advantage)

3.    Max. 45 years old

4.    Auditor experienced at least 3 years

5.    Proficiency in Indonesian taxes and legal expertise esp. double taxation treation

Accounting & Finance Staff (Acc/Fin)

1.    Bachelor Degree in any fields (Accountancy/Economics will be advantage)

2.    Min. 3 years of working experience in at Mining Company (will be advantage)

3.    Max. 30 years old

4.    Experience in controlling and/or accounting and finance

Treasury & Tax Officer (Tax)

1.    Bachelor Degree in Accountancy / Economics

2.    Min. 3 years experience in Treasury & Tax Officer at Mining Company

3.    Max. 35 years old

4.    Has a good knowledge in Cash Flow Management, Fund & Financial Report & Tax Planning

Cost & Account Payable Controller (AP)

1.    Bachelor Degree in Accountancy / Economics

2.    Min. 3 years experience in Accounting Package

3.    Max. 35 years old

4.    Has a good knowledge in Fund / Payable Management & Planning Control

General Affair Officer (GA)

1.    Bachelor Degree in Management or Mechanical Engineering

2.    Min. 3 years of working experience in GA Officer & Purchasing

3.    Min. 35 years old

4.    Has a good knowledge in Accommodation, Food & Beverage, Office Management, Building and Transportation Management

Human Resources & Personil Officer (HRP)

1.    Bachelor Degree in Law, Psychology or Management

2.    Min. 3 years of working experience in GA Officer & Purchasing

3.    Min. 35 years old

4.    Has a good knowledge in payroll & Personil Administration, Industrial Relation, Reporting PPh 21, Jamsostek, People Development, Recruitment & selection

Geologist (Geo)

1.    Bachelor Degree in Geology

2.    Min. 3 years of working experience in Geology

3.    Min. 35 years old

Engineering Manager (EM)

1.    Bachelor Degree in Geology, Geodesy, Mining & Civil (Engineer)

2.    Min. 10 years experience in engineer

3.    Max. 45 years old

4.    Has a good knowledge, Risk Management, Drilling & Blasting Management, Operation Management, Contract Management, Mine Geology, Mine Design & Planning, Mine Geodetic, Project Cost & Evaluation & Equipment Knowledge

5.    Good computer literacy

6.    Willing to be located outside Jakarta / Branch Office

Chief Surveyor (SVY)

1.    Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering & Geology Engineering

2.    Min. 2 years experience in Surveyor

3.    Min. 35 years old

4.    Has a good knowledge in Mine Geology, Mine Geodetic and Geotechnic

Plant Planner & Foreman (FORE)

1.    Bachelor Degree in Mechanical

2.    Min. 3 years experience in Planner

3.    Max. 35 years old

4.    Has a good knowledge equipment knowledge, Maintenance Management, Maintenance Process, Fuel-Oil & Coolant Specification, Catalogue Management, WS & Tool Management

Logistic Section (Log)

1.    Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering & Electro Engineering

2.    Min. 5 years experience in Purchasing, Inventory and Warehouse Officer

3.    Max. 35 years old

4.    Has a good knowledge Equipment Knowledge, Fuel, Oil & Cooling Specification, Catalogue Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Supplier Management, Contract Management, Expedition Management & Fire Management

Mechanical (MCH)

1.    Bachelor Degree in Mechanical

2.    Min. 3 years experience in Mechanical Heavy Equipment

3.    Max. 3 years old

4.    Has a good Equipment Maintenance & Technical Service Report

General Requirements:

1.    Computer literate

2.    Able to work by both independently and team work

3.    Able to work under pressures

4.    Analytic and strategic way of thinking

5.    Organizational talent and flexibility

6.    Willing to be located outside of Jakarta (in Kalimantan, Sumatera)
