In line with our Indonesia office expansion, we are seeking suitable candidates to fill the following positions:

Human Resources Manager (Code: HRM)

a.    Good command of communication skills, both spoken and written in English

b.    Possesses well-developed HR skills and depth of knowledge in several areas including compensation, training, organizational development, staffing and employee relations

c.    At least 5 years of professional Human Resources Manager experience and min. 2 years working in MNC environment

d.    Preferably possess working experience for a newly startup company

e.    Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources or equivalent

f.     High proficiency in English language

g.    Work independently with minimal guidance

Product Specialist (PS)

a.    Good command of communication skills, both spoken and writing in English

b.    Education minimum S1 degree of informatics, computer

c.    Ability to work well in a team and independently

d.    Willing to learn a new product / technology, interested in product marketing

e.    Fresh graduate welcome

f.     Computer literate

SAP Analyst (SD, MM, WM, FI/CO) (Code: SAP)

1.    Degree in computer science or the equivalent, training in SAP module configuration

2.    At least 3 years SAP experience in 2 of the above modules, 2 years ABAP programming or relevant experience

3.    Excellent oral and written communications in Indonesia local language and English, ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and gains understanding

4.    Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills

5.    Expertise in facilitating and conducting structured analysis and requirements gathering sessions

6.    Strong broad based technical knowledge, specifically in tools pertinent to our market

7.    Thorough knowledge and understanding of business principles and business processes including finance, sales and logistics

8.    Ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable by the user community

System Engineer (SE)

1.    Degree in Computer Science or the equivalent

2.    Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a must, in addition to native languages in Indonesia

3.    3 to 5 years experience in IT infrastructure support in a multi-national company

4.    Proficiency in Windows AD, Cisco networking with qualification of MSCE, CCNA or above

5.    Good interpersonal and communication skill and a good team leader

6.    Mature and able to work independent, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining job productivity and effectiveness

7.    Must be dependable and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on an on-call basis long work hours may be required during periods of high activity
