- Guest Service Assistant
Assist our guests experiencing our touch point of service in the airport with comfortable and efficient handling in Sales Counter, Check in couter, Boarding gate or arrival hall.
- Team Leader (Supervisor Assistant to Duty Executive)
Coordinate and supervise Guest Service Team with formulate & design fast, efficient and effective processes of guest handling. Coach and guide each team member and ensure teamwork spirit.
Qualification:
- Male/female, maximal 27 years of age (1); 32 years of age (2) & min D3
- Min. height for male: 165 cm, female: 160 cm with proporsional weight & good appearance
- Fresh graduated are most welcome to apply (1)
- Having minimum experience 2 years in airline industry and 1 year in similar position (2)
- Familiar with computer (MS Officer and email), fluent in English both oral and written
- Able to work on shift & willing to be posted outside Origin
