Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the administration of the day-to-day operations in the remittance centre. Process orders and invoicing efficiently.
- Liaise with treasury
- Be constantly updated of the latest market developments, identify and market to potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong clientele base through effective customer relationship management and networking. Prepare and submit reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder and above
- At least 3 years of marketing and administrative experience in relevant industry
- Good command of both English and Indonesian language
- Proficient in computer and possesses good numeric skills
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be resourceful, able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
