PROJECT ACCOUNTANT

Responsibilities:

  1. Administer purchase order to suppliers and contractors
  2. Prepare necessary documents for custom clearance and import duty / vat exempt
  3. Record goods and service received in timely basis. Prepare clean and complete document for payments. Prepare timely project cost report with sound analysis
  4. Manage all project accounting files and databases to ensure timely upkeep, security and control
  5. Prepar quarterly report to BKPM
  6. Other activities and responsibilities under the direction of Project Manager

 

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:

  1. S1 degree in accounting, with min. 5 years experience in manufacturing industry
  2. Understand accounting and taxation aspects of construction project with multiple currencies.
  3. Good knowledge of import activities including import duty / vat exempt
  4. Understand purchasing cycle. Able to work independently, take initiative and set priorities

OPERATIONAL MANAGER

Your Role:

  1. You will manage the whole operation of the plant to support the sales demand and growth
  2. You will prepare X+1 plan (staffing, capacity planning, investments)
  3. You will define the KPI’s for the whole operation and ensures the deployment down to the work floor
  4. You will organize and manage all the departments to meet plan targets

 

You Profile:

  1. You hold a bachelor degree in engineering with min. 7 years experience in production and technical
  2. Familiar to relating aspect in production, maintenance, safety and environment, financial issue and able to handle industrial relations

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Your Role:

  1. You will be responsible for the installation of all electrical systems and wiring of new equipment
  2. You will read and study the electrical drawings and will ensure that after installation the equipment and PLCs are running properly
  3. In the operation stage you will be responsible for conducting the accidential and preventive maintenance and contribute in achieving the output and uptime targets of the production department.
  4. Together with small team of specialized electrical technicians who will be responsible for conducting the daily maintenance activities.

Your Profile:

  1. You hold a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering with min. 5 years experience in electrical troubleshooting and installation of machines
  2. You have a strong knowledge in programming / troubleshooting of PLC and AC Drives
  3. You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills with proven hands-on experience

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT OFFICER

Your Role:

  1. You will answer all customer inquiries related to the product availability and delivery dates
  2. You will process incoming orders in SAP and coordinate all the preshipment and after shipment activities
  3. You will develop and maintain an excellent relationship with your customers by responding timely to all their inquiries and meeting their demands

 

Your Profile:

  1. You Hold a D3 or S1 degree in Economy, Accounting or Logistics with 2-3 years experience in internal sales, shipping, exim or logistics
  2. You will handle the inquiries-order-deliveries as one cycle of work and communicate well with production technical department to fulfill all the customer needs
  3. You are well organized, have a high sense of urgency and work very independently
