Senior / Project Manager (PM)

1. Responsible for the successful completion of projects assigned
2. Manage projects to ensure completion within cost, time and quality

Requirements:

1. Degree in Engineering (Civil & Structural)
2. Experience in construction of buildings / infrastructure
3. Self-motivated, hands-on, focused and good at problem solving.

Construction Manager (CM)

1. Oversee construction works.
2. Coordinate and supervise sub-contructors’ work to ensure completion within time and specifications, and compliance with construction and its related regulations.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Engineering (Civil & Structural)
2. Experience in construction of buildings / infrastructure
3. A team player who is independent and possesses good interpersonal skills.

M & E Managers (M&EM)

1. Work closely with design consultants to ensure buildability
2. Ensure construction is within design, budget, time and regulations.
3. Able to provide alternatives to overcome building and installation constrains.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
2. Work experience with contractor
3. Familiar with the agents and vendors for equipment and services

M & E Engineers (M&EE)

1. Assist the Project Manager to coordinate and supervise construction projects.
2. Responsible for the assessment and documentation of projects.
3. Follow up with user requirements.
4. Supervise constractors and follow up on defects and maintenance.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical)
2. Experience in site supervision and coordination.
3. Independent, systematic, technically competent in M & E works

Civil & Structural Engineers (CSE)

1. Assist he Project Manager to coordinate and supervise construction projects.
2. Responsible for ensuring that civil and structural works are in accordance with drawings and specifications.
3. Responsible for the assessment and documentation of project
4. Follow up on user requirements

Requirements:

1. Degree /diploma in Engineering (Civil, Structural)
2. Experience in site supervision / coordinating work.
3. Independent, systematic, technically competent in C & S works

Cost Estimators / Quantity Surveyors (QS)

1. Position reports to the Senior Cost Estimator / Quantity Surveyor.
2. Assist in cost Engineering functions e.g. taking measurements for pre-bid and post-award, varioation orders.
3. Process claims and payments

Requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in Engineering / Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
2. Experience in a similar capacity in the construction of buildings of infrastructure.

Project Architect (PA)

1. Experience in site supervision for high rise building with solid background on construction management with developer, design consultant, or general constractor.
2. Excellent in finishing inspection.

Sales & Marketing General Manager (SM)

1. Responsible to develop and implement sales and marketing plans for residential and apartment unit.
2. Assist in formulation of company policies and procedures as they effect sales, service, pricing and sales promotion.
3. Assist in preparing long term strategic plan / roadmap and continuing to monitor, control, analyze planned strategy vs actual results and making improvements.
4. Managers in-house sales counter team at marketing office.
5. Provide strategic planning and direction to achieve the company’s sales and marketing objectives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with exposure in Finance
2. Possess strong and proven knowledge of the property industry
3. Excellent organizational, training and networking skills.

General Qualification:

1. High technical knowledge and good coordination skills.
2. Proactive, hardworker, loyal, honest, solf-motivated and good team work
3. Good communication skill in both Indonesia and English language
4. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the same position , except “SS” with 2 years experience
5. Maximum 35 years old
6. Willing to relocate to major cities in Indonesia such as Makassar, Manado, Kendari, Kupang, Ambon, Papua (Indicate your city of preferrence).
