MALL DIRECTOR / SENIOR MALL MANAGER  (M-MD/SMM)

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in business adminstration, finance or engineering
2. At least 5 years experience in shopping mall or retail
3. Have a strong communication skill

MARKETING COMMUNICATION MANAGER  (M-MCM)

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in any discipline
2. At least 5 years experience in shopping mall or retail
3. Have a strong communication skill

LEASING MANAGER  (M-LM)

Qulifications:

1. Bachelor degree in marketing/business administration
2. At least 5 years experience in shopping mall or marketing retail

OPERATION MANAGER  (M-OM)

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in engineering
2. At least 5 years experience in high rise building project

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER  (M-FAM)

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting
2. At least 5 years experience in high rise building project (mall operational background well be an advantage)

CHIEF ENGINEER

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in engineering
2. At least 5 years experience in high rise building project (mall operational background well be an advantage)

SECURITY & PARKING SUPERVISOR (M-SPS)

Qualifications:

1. Minimum D3 of any disciplines
2. At least 3 years experience as security & parking officer

HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR  (M-HS)

Qualifications:

1. Minimum D3 of any disciplines
2. At least 3 years experience as housekeeping staff

LEASING SUPERVISOR  (M-LS)

Qualifications:

1. Minimum D3 in marketing/business administration
2. At least 3 years experience in shopping mall/marketing retail

ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR  (M-AS)

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in accounting
2. At least 3 years experience as accounting officer
3. Mastering Ms. Office (specially axcel) and accounting processes

FINANCE SUPERVISOR  (M-FS)

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in accounting
2. At least 3 years experience as accounting officer
3. Have good knowledge of accounting and tax standards and strong analitycal skills

PURCHASING OFFICER  (M-PO)

Qualifications:

1. Minimum D3 of any disciplines
2. Microsoft office and internet literate
3. At least 1 years experience

LEGAL OFFICER  (M-LO)

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in law
2. At least 2 years experience in law office

HR & GA OFFICER  (M-HR&GAO)

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in management, psycology, law, HR management
2. Have knowledge of manpower rules &regulations
3. Possess knowledge and skill in doing administrative jobs

FIT OUT STAFF  (M-FOS)

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in architect/civil
2. At least 1 years experience
3. Able to operate and draw with auto-cad & photoshop

SENIOR ADMINISTRATION STAFF  (M-SAS)

Qualifications:

1. Graduated from secretarial college or D3 of any discipline
2. At least 3 years experience in doing administrative jobs
3. Microsoft office literate

General  Requirements:

1. Graduated from reputable universities (overseas graduated will be an advantage)
2. Proficient in oral and written english & computer literate
3. Exhibit willingness to learn and grow
4. Execellent interpersonal skill, strong leadership and able to work in a team
5. Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace
