Marketing Agent Section Head (MAS)
Qualification:
- S1 degree, preferably in Insurance/Marketing/Management.
- Having expereince for at least 10 years dealing with agents in all aspects, such as: recruitment, maintaining and development.
- Able to work with targeted, pro-active, self-starter with strong team work, has initiate and result oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
Marketing Staff (MKS)
Qualification:
- S1 degree, preferably in Insurance/Marketing/Management.
- Having experience as Marketing Staff in the same field is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Accounting Supervisor (ASP)
Qualification:
- S1 Degree, majoring in accounting
- Computer literate
- Fluent in English
- Having analytical skills
- Having 3-5 years accounting experience in general insurance company
- Experience in Statutory Reporting (Risk Based Capital)
- Max 30 years of age
Accounting Staff (AS)
Qualification:
- S1 Degree, majoring in accounting
- Computer literate
- Fluent in English
- Having analytical skills
- Having 0-3 years accounting experience in general insurance company
- Max 30 years of age
Internal Audit Staff (IAS)
Qualification:
- S1 degree, preferably in Accounting or Insurance Degree.
- Having experience as Auditor in a reputable Public Accounting Firm or insurance Company is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skill.
- Good reporting skill
- Having 3-5 years experiences in Internal Audit field will be preferable.
Motor Claim Staff (MCS)
Qualification:
- S1 degree, majoring in any Technical or Insurance background.
- Having analytical skills.
- Having experience in Motor Claim from general insurance is an advantage.
AS/400 Developer (ASD)
Qualification:
- D3 or S1 in Computer Science, Mathetecs or Engineering
- More than 3 years work experience as programmer or application support in Financial Services organizations.
- Good knowledge in COBOL/400
- Exposure to SMART/400 will be an added advantage
- Creative, responsible and target oriented.
General Qualification: Fluent in English and Computer Literate.

1. Pendidikan minimal SPK atau D3 Keperawatan
2. Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai perawatan
3. Pengalaman dibidang asuransi kesehatan atau JPKM lebih diutamakan
4. Menguasai MS Office
5. Bersedia bekerja shift
6. Kemampuan komunikasi yang kuat
7. Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
IT System Analyst / Analyst
Programmer (SA)
1. Pendidikan minimal S1
2. Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dibidang yang sama
3. Memahami konsep OOD
4. Memiliki kemampuan analisa dan algoritma pemrograman yang baik
5. Pengalaman menggunakan VB6, Net, Java, PHP
6. Pengalaman menggunakan database (Oracle, MySQL)
7. Memiliki kemampuan melakukan desain aplikasi user interface
8. Mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi yang kuat
Medical Advisor (MA)
1. Pendidikan minimal S1 (Medical Doctor)
2. Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dibidang asuransi kesehatan
3. Memiliki kemampuan analisa dan manajerial yang baik
4. Mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi yang kuat, mampu bekerja mandiri maupun di dalam team
5. Menguasai MS Office
