PT. Sumber Surya Gemilang is IUP Operation & Production holder for coal mine located in the Central Kalimantan Province. Proposals are invited from reputed consultant / contractors for Pre-Qualification for development of Mine Infrastructure and/or Mining Services job.
Scope of Work:
A general overview of the Scope of Work includes the following:
Infrastructure
- Conceptual Planning and design of Mine Infrastructure and utilities
- Approx 3 km of refurbishing an existing road
- Construction of road crossings
- Development of drainage works to minimize erosion and sediment deposition in local waterways.
- Construction of temporary camps for workers
Mining Services:
- Land Clearing and Grubbing
- Topsoil removal, stockpile and replacement
- Overburden and Inter burden removal to dumpyard-Haul Coal getting to Mine stockpile Coal Hauling from mine to Jetty)
- Design & execution of mine drainage with in the leasehold and scheme for keeping the mine face dry and workable by pumping with requisite pumps.
Prequalification Requirements:
Potential Parties must submit prequalification documents as set out below:
- Article of Association (AKTA)
- Past Performance and capability statement
- Labor resources and certifications
- Quality Assurance Program Certificate and HSE Program Plan

- Contractor should have done minimum excavation (coal & O.B) of 3 million cu mtrs per annum atleast or more for last three years for being eligible to be considered for mining services.
- Contructor should have sufficient resources in terms of equipment, manpower and capital needed to carry out the above mentioned activities.
- Contractor shall abide by all the local laws relating to compensation / payments / labor laws and HSE regulations as per Indonesian Law.

Senior Consultant
Scope or works:
- Financial reporting and accounting: consolidation of China subsidiaries financial statements. Review accounting treatments, compliance with PSAK, IFRS, accounting standards, etc.
- Controlling and monitoring: review various reports from China subsidiaries relating to Capex budgets, operational cashflow, profitability and budget control.
- Evaluation and justification of fund requests from China business units prior to execution of approval and fund remittances.
- Prepare cashflow, profitability and financial position projections in coordination with business units.
- Actual performance detailed analysis, update of 5 years plans, compliance with approved annual budget.
- Review of feasibility studies for new stores.
- Team member to establish internal controls: standard operating policies and procedures (SOPPs), approval authority matrix, etc.
- Analysis and give recommendations for various operational and strategic issues to be assigned from time to time.
Specific Requirements:
- S1 in Accounting, preferably with MBA
- 26 to 35 years old, to be based in Jakarta office but willing to travel to China 30%-40% of the time
- Experienced in Accounting, Internal Control / Auditing, IFRS accounting, preferably had working experience with big auditing firms and/or multinational companies.
- Should be fluent in spoken Mandarin
- Must be energetic, with excellent communication skills and outgoing attitude.
