Task & Responsibilities:

1. Develop plan and strategy for respective business segment with coordination and cooperation with factory, local and regional management team
2. To manage sales team and branches in line with company strategy and target

4. To manage relationship with the customer and exceed networking
5. Would be placed in Jakarta -  Head Office

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree (master is preferable) with engineering background such as Electrical, Mechanical and Industrial Engienering
2. Having at least 10 years of working experience as Sales Manager (in the same business or property consultant is preferable)
3. Fluent in English
4. Having following competencies: Managing people, negotiation skills and marketing management.

Major Roles:

To provide leadership to develop and deliver high quality and right support for the organization and to manage risks of WV Indonesia. Reporting to the National Director will lead a support function and risk management team consisting of the director of risk management and the department heads of information technology, procurement, and general service

Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree preferred, in strategic business development, economics, business administration, public administration/management or related field
2. 10-15 years in-dept experience in several functions (some cross-functional management experience, corporate operations leadership, etc)
3. Strength in building effective work relationship with both local and dispersed colleagues
4. Proficient in E#nglish, excellent communication and negotiation skills

Major Roles:

Manage the implementation of community development program to ensure quality deliverables that bring impacts to the well being of children in the community.

Qualifications:

1. S1 Degree in any discipline, master’s Degree is preferred
2. Competent in project management with proven track records
3. Minimum of 2 years experience in managing projects and leadership role is a must
