The government of Indonesia established the Indonesia Climate Change Trust Fund (ICCTF) in September 2009. The ICCTF shall be nationally managed and is part of Government’s commitment to implement the Jakarta Commitments to enhance national ownership and improve aid coordination in response to climate change. UNDP acts as an Interim Trustee of ICCTF for 18 months, or until a national trustee are fully established.
ICCTF is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions for “Preparatory Arrangements for the Indonesia Climate Change Trust Fund (PREP-ICCTF)” project to be based in Jakarta.

Full Performance Starting Salary) in the Financial Management Centre (FMC). The incumbent manages and monitors funds control for all post held allotment under program. S/He prepares the field budget plan for Jakarta and constituent post including Surabaya and Medan which these duties place the incumbent in contact with the key management officials with the primary purpose or preparing and disseminating financial reports to Financial Management Officer and others as needed.
Qualification required:
1. Bachelor degree in accounting is required
2. Minimum 5 years of progressive work experience in accounting and budgeting is required
3. Level IV (fluent) in speaking / reading / writing both in English and Bahasa Indonesia are required
4. Must have knowledge of regulations for financial management
