Reporting to the COO, duties include:
- Oversight of settlement, custody, credit & risk management, finance, human resources, IT, general administration and compliance departments
- Support the COO and MD to develop the Indonesia business and branch network
- Ensure Company is in compliance with group policies and rules and regulations of the regulatory authorities
The prerequisites for the position are:
- Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting from a reputable university or professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, MICPA or CPA)
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in stockbroking company of financial institution with at least 5 years in a managerial position, preferably in stockbroking operations
