Qualification:

1. Male/ female, max. 40 years old (1,2,3,9,10,12,14,15)
2. Minimum bachelor degree (1 – 17), minimum D3 (18,19)
3. Having min. 5 years experience at development/ consultant/ construction (1,2,3,9,10,11,15)
4. Having min. 2 years experience (4,5,6,7,8,12,13,14,16,17,18,19)
5. Able to coordinate and ensure all works in the field related to design structure, mechanical/ electrical, architectural design are accomplished on schedule and quality requested. Regularly review the project before and after presenting to CEO as well as governmental (1)
6. Having responsibility to the preparation and implementation of marketing budget and sales planning, to ensure the creation and annual strategic marketing plan using the analisys of customer demographic and existing residential (9)
7. Experience in handling employees dispute, good understanding in regulatory compliance, industrial relation and other functionla at HR, GA and Legal (14)
8. Having good business network is preferred
9. Good command in English both oral and written
10. Good computer literacy and presentation skill, Auto Cad, 3D max, Power Point, Photoshop & Corel Draw, Etc, according to position
11. Having excellent interpersonal and communication skill, high motivation and eager to learn
12. Willing to be part post in Malang or Batam
