Technical Support Engineer (JR-TSE)
Area Responsibilities:
1. Creates and review design, drawings, DBI (Data Base Information), technical specification etc. of existing technology or applications using basic / engineering principles & specific procedures.
2. Makes layout, analyzes design, evaluates equipment systems and generates new equipment designs by using CAD/CAM and database systems.
3. Prepare reports, correspondence, procedure, specification and technical calculations.
4. Travel occasionally to field sites to assist with product related issues.
Specific Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Petroleum / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00 (scale of 4.00)
2. Have 1-3 solid experience in oil and gas industry is preferable, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Basic understanding of engineering practices, mechanical design and calculation.
4. Strong analytical thinking with the ability to secure information, identify key issues and understand cause-effect relationships
5. Willingness to travel occasionally to field sites.
Quality Inspector (JR-QI)
Area of responsibilities:
1. Performs completely daily inspection of dimensional verification, mechanical testing and non destructive examination.
2. Prepares inspection report and follow up for any deviation.
3. Performs inspection / witness with third party / customers or supplier
4. Maintain calibration of all measuring equipments.
Specific requirements:
1. D3 (Diploma) with minimum 1 year Mechanical / other Technical experience
2. Have basic knowledge on inspection technique, non destructive examination, mechanical testing and measuring equipment calibration.
3. Knowing the ISO/API specification, Technical Drawing of wellhead & Crishmas Tree product is an advantage.
4. No blind color.
HR Supervisor (JR-HRS)
Area of responsibilities:
1. Manager the HR transactional such as payroll, medical claim, employment changes to be performed within required service level
2. Support HR Manager in the development of HR strategy / plan, policies and procedures, especially in remuneration strategy
3. Manager the implementation of compensation and benefits system, staffing, people development, performance management, well-being program and general affairs
4. Manages the implementation of HR policies and procedures
5. Participates in the implementation of HR project
Specific requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree (S1) in any discipline from reputable university
2. Minimum 7 years progressive experience in human resources with at least 3 years in supervisory position
3. Familiar with salary survey, job analysis and evaluation and remuneration administration
4. Having good knowledge of RI Law No. 13 year 2003 concerning Manpower
5. Strong conceptual and analytical thinking with the ability to secure information, identify key issues and understand cause-effect relationships.
6. Interpersonal sensitivity with the ability to maintain harmonious relationships with all level of employees
7. Customer service orientation
Technical Service Personnel (JR-TSP)
Area of responsibilities:
1. Performs the installation and testing of the company’s offshore/onshore equipment (wellhead and Xmas tree)
2. Prepares and organizes the equipment and tooling maintenance in the field and shop
3. Maintains historical data, inventory and repair history for equipment, tooling and spare parts.
Specific requirements:
1. Diploma Degree (D3) majoring in technical from reputable university with minimum GPA 2,75 (scale of 4.00) or Technical High School with 7 years experience in field drilling operations
2. Previous oil and gas experience in direct technical service or field operations is preferred and familiarity with offshore /onshore installations would be an advantage. Fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply
3. Physically fit for onshore/offshore work in irregular working hours
4. Must have ability to use hands tools, power tools and measuring devices.
5. Customer service orientation with the ability to make efforts to understand and provide solutions to customer needs.
6. Willingness to work at oilfields.
