Supply Chain Warehouse Site Superintendent (Job No.691943)

Reporting to the Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the management of all Warehouse and Supply Chain Operations including:

1. Responsible for management of all warehouse and logistics operations.
2. Liaise with the Balikpapan and Jakarta Logistics Departments to efficiently expedite materials to site.
3. Review and monitoring of all store costing, receipts, issues, storage, allocation and inventory levels.
4. Communicate effectively with all parties on matters relating to receipts and deliveries of Spare Parts and/or operational materials on arrival.
5. Monitor and manage any purchasing activity relating to warehouse operations.
6. Responsible for the management of the JDE Warehouse computerized Inventory Management System.
7. Management of all stock-takes and reconciliations.
8. Maintenance and distribution of KPI’s in relation to all Store Stock.
9. Management of the Fuel and Oil requirements including shipping, receipting, daily stock-takes and reconciliations.
10. To actively contribute and promote a positive teamwork environment.

This senior position requires at minimum of Degree qualification (S1) in any disciple; a minimum of 4 years experience in Financial Management, Cost Administration, Inventory Control, Warehouse Management and Logistic Management; strong leadership skills; computer literacy; excellent English language; Cooperative, Pro-active, Open & Honest Communication; and be capable of operating in an independent environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Advise managers, site HR and Site management on a range of IR issues
2. Work with site HR to improve their knowledge and understanding of IR related legislation
3. Improve site HR confidence in dealing with IR issues
4. Assist in developing IR policies and procedures and advise on relevant law
5. Negotiation and consultation with Trade unions
6. Effectively manage relationships between site management and trade unions
7. Establish, develop and maintain the Provincial and regional governmental networking including all of labour courts officials
8. Communicate with site HR and the bipartite forums, servicing their needs through the meetings and gathering IR information
9. To work closely with the operations manager in ensuring both the Union and the Members are working together for the best interest of the organization.

10. Represent the company in every non litigation disputes event and litigation disputes event (Labour courts and high Supreme Court as required)

11. Review and implement of Corporate HR Policy & Procedures, Company Regulation and Collective Labour Agreement.

Requirements:

1. Tertiary qualification in law with minimum or 7 years experience in similar role for large Mining, Construction or Oil & Gas industry,
2. Excellent working knowledge of current Industrial Relations practices, Labor law or government regulation,
3. Possess valid lawyer / advocate licenses is a must
4. Experience to handle various cases of Industrial Relations in the Labor Court,
5. Strong leadership skills and good team work,
6. Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS SUPERINTENDENT

Successful candidate will be responsible for managing day to day task of Industrial Relations: review and implement of Corporate HR Policy & Procedures, Company Regulation and Collective Labour Agreement: advising on employee discipline and the application of Labour Law at each project.

Reporting to Employee Relation Manager; you should have a Tertiary qualification in Law with minimum of 8 years experience in similar role for large Mining, Construction or Oil & Gas industry, posses valid lawyer certificate is a must; experience to handle various cases of Industrial Relation in the Court and excellent working knowledge of current Industrial Relations practices, labour law or government regulation.

RECRUITMENT SUPERINTENDENT

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager your will provide leadership to the recruitment section for managing all recruitment activities for all project sites in Indonesia, Liase and foster positive relationship with customers, stakeholders and suppliers, establishment of recruitment data based, managing of group transfer and secondments, coach and mentor Indonesian National Staff involved in recruitment process and manage other HR project on a need basis.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a Tertiary qualifications in related disciplines with minimum 10 years experience working with HR / Recruitment or at least 5 years experience in HR Senior Position in mining or construction or construction industries; experience dealing with Manpower, site mobilization and demobilization will be an advantages.
