PROJECT DIVISION HEAD (PHD)
- University Degree in Civil/ Srchitecture (Master/ S2 would be an advantage)
- Male nad having at least 10 years experience in Building & Property Construction in Senior Managerial Level (hotel renovation experience would be an advantage)
- Strong knowledge in project construction, management, budget planning and interior design
PROJECT MANAGER (PM)
- University Degree in Architecture/ Interior Design
- Male and having at least 5 years experience in relevant construction fields
- Strong knowledge in project construction and interior renovation projects
INTERIOR DESIGNER (ID)
- University Degree in Architecture/ Interior Design
- Male/ female, having at least 5 years experience as interior designer
- Knowledge & familiar with the CAD, 3D MAX, Archie-cad illustrator application
- Able to make hands free (sketch)
SITE SUPERVISORS (SS)
- University Degree in Civil/ Architecture
- Male/ female, having at least 3 years experience in renovation projects
- High standart of quality assessment
- Good knowledge of building materials essential
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER (ITM)
- Male or female, a university degree from IT background
- Familiar with IT system and EDP, and having at least 5 years similiar experiences
MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL (ME)
- Male or female a university degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Male/ female age between 25 – 30 years
- Min. 2 years experiences as MEP
- Deep understandig of full Tender Process
- Deep knowledge in High rise building system (preferably in aprtement/ hotels)
- Able to prepare detail and syntematic M & E, bill of quantity
INTERNAL AUDIT STAFF (IA)
- Male, a university degree majoring in Accounting/ management
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
General Requirements:
- Able to work in a team as well as an independent
- Fluent in English both oral & written (PDH/ PM/ ID/ ITM/ IA)
- Willing to work with a flexible/ ability to work after office hours, on holidays (Saturday/ Sunday/ Public Holidays) if necessary
