A specialty footwear retail company recruits
RETAIL OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Responsibilities:
1. Manage shop staff recruitment, development, grooming payroll and schedules
2. Maintain customer relations and handle complaints
3. Coordinate shop maintenance and cleaning schedules
Qualifications:
1. Female, maximal 35 years of age
2. S1/D3 graduate, sound knowledge of English
3. At least 3 years experience in retail
4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, attentive to details
5. Prepared to work on weekends
