SALES DIRECTOR
Task & Responsibilities:
- Develop plan and strategy for respective business segment with coordination and cooperation with factory, local and regional management team
- To manage sales team and branches in line with company strategy and target
- To create annual budget of Sales Department
- To manage relationship with the customer and exceed networking
- Would be placed in Jakarta - Head Office
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree (master is preferable) with engineering background such as Electrical, Mechanical and Industrial Engienering
- Having at least 10 years of working experience as Sales Manager (in the same business or property consultant is preferable)
- Fluent in English
- Having following competencies: Managing people, negotiation skills and marketing management.
