A large MNC in the Freight & Logistic industry with global presence requires a:
DIRECTOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
(ENERGY SECTOR)
As part of our global expansion, this position, based in Singapore, will be responsible for supporting, growing and developing the Energy Sector within the Asia Pacific region delivering leading-edge logistics and supply chain solutions.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop business strategies and deliver growth targets within the Energy Sector focusing on Oil & Gas, Mining and EPC projects as core areas
- Lead the energy team in Asia Pacific in a highly matrix environment that spans across countries
- Lead and manage business development initiatives that are consistent with the company’s overall global energy strategies.
- Lead and build dynamic energy key account team support and grow the company’s target customers in the region.
- Manage c-level customer relationships and opportunities to ensure world-class delivery of 3PL solutions to customers
Minimum Requirements include:
- Degree in Business / Sales, Logistic or Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- In-depth market knowledge and commercial understanding of the Energy Sector (i.e Oil & Gas, Mining), EPC projects and 3PL services.
- Proven track records in selling supply chain solutions within the Energy Sector
- Financial (P&L, Balance Sheet, Forecasting, Budget) knowledge
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively
