A leading retail company, with varuious products and extensive network across Indonesia, currently invite prifessionals to fill in the following position:
MARKETING DIRECTOR (MD)
Responsibilities:
Direct firm’s overall marketing and strategic planning programs, and corporate communcations. Facilitate development through marketing and service programs.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Design, implement and facilitate annual marketing plan for the firm. Support and facilitate development and implementation of section business / marketing plans.
- Plan and administer the firm’s Marketing Operations budget; support development of regional marketing budgets.
- Organize and implement relations including; customer satisfaction surveys; CRM; other special events.
- Business Development, activities including: planning and writing proposals for new business.
- Develop and manage advetising promotion division and activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with maximum age of 50
- Must be 8 years experience in the same position: preferably in Marketing and Brand Management from retail or consumer goods company
- Must be a self starter, highly organized and able to work well with all levels in the organization.
- Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess top level business management, interpersonal and facilitation skills.
