high caliber candidate for the following positions:
Senior Sustainable Manufacturing Performance (SMP) Specialist for Nike Inc. Affiliates
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Business, Industrial Engineering or related fields from an accredited University CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professionals) qualification is preferred.
- Experience in developing HRM program
- Good labor & legal law / regulation knowledge and implementation (local labor law, factory / business permit, expatriate law, etc).
- Able to develop training and coaching programs i.e. class training, workshop, discussion, etc.
- Good communication, consultation and reporting skills
- Able to conduct field/factory compliance audit.
- Understand lean manufacturing concept and manufacturing operation is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of footwear/apparel industry experience is preferred
- Excellent English, oral and written communication skills as well as competence in using computer programs
China Test Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Materials or Bio Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-3 years experience in laboratory test procedures, data collection, data analysis, and/or product development required. Experience in sports equipment testing or product development (particularly footwear) is strongly desired.
- Excellent English and computer literacy area essential.
- Organization and planning skills, ability to do multiple tasks.
- Ability to work with and collaborate with other functions across countries, vendors and factory groups.
