A multi-national building material manufacturer located in West Java
and office in Jakarta, is looking for:
PLANT MANAGER (PM)
- Full responsibility for all aspects of the plant operation including; Quality Management, Efficiency, Health & Environment, Cost Control and Managing future expansion.
- Suitable candidates will hold an engineering or production qualification and have previous experience in managing a sizeable plant, running on a continual basis.
- You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership, management and communication skills.
NATIONAL RETAIL SALES MANAGER (NRSM)
- Candidate should be qualified (architecture, civil engineering, etc) preferably to degree level
- Must be solid sales management experience in the building material field and to be able demonstrate previous success
- Must be a good leader and have a track record of successfully managing people to achieve ambitious sales target
PRODUCTION MANAGER (PRM)
- Minimum 5 years experience in product managerial level (similar products would be preferably)
- Ability to analyze technical problems, the bottleneck process and trouble shoot problems (problem solver)
- Experience with ISO 9001 system procedures & acknowledge of EH&S
- Eccept working out office hours as part of responsibility & willing to stay around Cikampek
TECHNICAL CONSULTANT (TC)
- Educated in a building science (architecture, civil engineering, etc) preferably to degree level
- Must be solid sales specification sales experience in the building material field and to be able to demonstrate previous success
- Must be self motivated and be able to establish and manage a wide portfolio of projects
TECHNICAL SUPPORT OFFICER (TSO)
- Have min. 2 years experience in Material Construction
- Graduates from S1 in Civil Engineering / Architect
- Able to operate technical drawing / AutoCAD, Design Grafis, Power Point & MS Office
SALES PROJECTS (SP)
- Graduated S1 Civil Engineering from reputable university
- Experience on sales more than 2 years preferable in building materials
- Can prepare proposal for project and presentation
