Central Sentosa Finance is member of group BCA which is engaged in motorcycle financing. Due to our business expansion in all area of Indonesia, we need professionals to fill positio as:
Branch Manager (BM) / Marketing Manager (MM)
- Having experience as BM / MM at multi-finance company min. 2 years or marketing head min. 4 years
- Having good knowledge & understanding in Multifinance Business Accument
- Willing to be placed in all of our branches in Indonesia
Representative Office Head (ROH)
- Having experience as Marketing Head / Collection Head / Marketing Executive min. 2 years at multi-finance company
- Willing to be placed in all of our branches in Indonesia
Compensation & Benefit Manager (CBM)
- Having experience in Human Resources exposure in compensation & benefit, minimum 3 years.
- Having experience in developing and transforming C&B system, HRIS, Salary Structure and Benefit Survey
General Requirement for BM, MM, ROH, CBM:
- Leadership, decision making, interpersonal skill and accustomed to work under pressure
- Male/female, max. 35 years old and min. bachelor degree from reputable university
OUR TALENT PROGRAM
Management Development Program (MDP)
- Min. Bachelor Degree, min. GPA of 2,75, max. age 26 years old
- Fresh graduate or professional with less than 2 yeas working experience, graduated from reputable university
- Having experience in social organization activities
- Willing to be placed in all of our branches in Indonesia
