1. More than 10 years of leadership experience in professional firms, corporations or institutions.

Consultant (CP) / Project Manager (PM)
1. More than 3 years (for Consultant) or 5 years (for Project Manager) of working and leadership experience in business / management / management consulting
2. Strong academic (2nd degree preferred) and result oriented
Junior Consultant (JC)
1. Graduate or final year MBA / MM / Engineering Master with strong GPA from reputable university
2. S1 graduate from business & engineering from reputable university with min. 2 years of working experience
