We are expanding, and our group company in the division of distribution, packaged applications deliveries, and system integration are looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the current open positions.
SAP PROJECT MANAGER (SPM)
a. At least 6 years SAP experience, min. 2 years as Project Manager
b. Profound knowledge of ASAP Methodology & Solution Manager, Involved in at least 3 start-to-end SAP implementation projects with >20 users
c. Highly skilled in SAP Project effort estimation, resources allocation, creating and managing work plans
d. Experienced in resolving functional issues & managing resolution of technical issues
e. Certified in at least 1 SAP Module, working experience in several modules a plus
f. Knowledge of ABAP & BASIS preferred
PROJECT MANAGER (PM)
a. Min. bachelor degree with min. 3 years as Project Manager in IT Industry
b. Involve in at least 2 full project cycles with min. 4 months duration
c. Having technical and/or functional experiences would be preferred
d. Having good knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle
e. Having good communication skill, negotiation and presentation skill
f. Hold PMP Certificate is a must
SAP FUNCTIONAL CNSULTANT (SFC)
a. At least 3 years SAP experience, min. 1 years as Functional Team Leader
b. Knowledge of ASAP Methodology & Solution Manager, Involved in at least 3 start-to-end SAP implementation projects
c. Experienced in managing team work plans and team resources allocation
d. Highly skilled in resolving SAP functional issues
e. Preferably certified in at least 1 SAP Module, working experience in several modules a plus
f. Knowledge of ABAP preferred but not mandatory
BI CONSULTANTS / BI TECHNICAL CONSULTANTS (BTC)
a. University Graduates
b. Experience in using business intelligent tools, preferably business objects
c. Good understanding of data warehouse concept and tools
d. Experience on developing query statement, able to use sql statement
e. Experience on database technology (Oracle, MS SQL, My SQL, DB2, etc).
f. At least 3 years working experience in this area and/or at least posses 2 BI project cycle.
STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGERS (SAM)
a. At least 3-5 years sales experience in value-selling at large accounts
b. Well balanced technical and business acumen, maintains a profound understanding of the business and technical contexts in which key accounts are situated, and uses this knowledge to build consultative effectiveness and establish trust
c. The ability to demonstrate client-sensitive practices within the accounts and internal gate-keeping within Metrocom to support building strategic trusted advisor status
d. An university degree, a post graduate in business / management is a definite advantage
e. Team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills
f. Fluent in English both oral and written
