We are looking for suitable candidates to get Bright career to fill the position of:
- Management Executive (Management Trainee)

Qualifications:
- Holding S1 degree from any major (2,5), preferably from industrial, Civil, Mechanical Electrical or Electronic Engineering (1,3,4)
- Psychology (6)
- Minimum GPA of 2,75. Male/female (1,2,5,6), Male (3,4)
- Maximum 27 years old (1,4), 30 years old (2,3,6), 38 years old (5)
- Have 2 years experience in production are (1), min. 2 years in facility area (4), min. 3 years experience in the same position (2,3,6), 5 years experience (5)
- Fluent in English both oral and written (1-6)
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills (1-6)
- Conduct regular inspection and maintenance work on general facilities and infrastructure of the plant, product related equipments excluding sewing machines (3,4)
- Assist the Facility Manager in collaborating with other departments to develop cost saving initiatives and participate in the initiatives to heighten the plant’s sense of cost effective use of facilities (3)
- Provide managerial leadership to shipment team to ensure on-time import/export materials through arrangement of on-time customs clearance in of cost effective arrangement methods; to ensure just-in-time delivery of materials to the factory(s). Proper materials storage, and on-time loading of finishied goods (5).
- Deep understanding in recruitment are (psychological tools and interview skill with (BEI)
- Willing to work in KBN – Cakung Cilincing – Jakarta Utara location
- Shuttle Bus transport provided for particular routes
