We are a well-known company with various industries focusing in multimedia business. In order to support our business expansion, we are looking for candidates with highly-leadership potential to join as:
- General Manager Human Resources (GMHR)
- Human resources Manager (HRM)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all human resources acitivities consist of Organizational Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, Training, Compensation & Benefit, Industrial Relation and HR Procedures & Processes.
- Develop and implement appropriate HR strateies, policies, systems and practices for the operation.
- Establish and review compensation and benefits, salary survey and incentive policy of company employees to ensure the competitiveness within the industry.
- Develop performance management and career development & training within the organization.
- Implement and facilitate learning and development opportunities and training plans
- Provide guidance to management on all human relation matters
General Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
- Having experience at same position
- Briliant knowledge in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, Training, Compensation & Benefit, Labor laws & Industrial Relation and HR Procedures & Processes.
- Dynamic, result oriented, mature and committed and the task.
- Possess strong leadership and capable of achieving goals set by higher Management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, Competent in Microsoft-Office and HR Applications.
