We are fast growing coal mining, coal concession development, coal traiding & shipping is seeking for highly motivated, dynamic, qualified and experienced candidate for the position of:
MINE ENGINEER
- Male, age max, 40 years old
- Min. S1. Mining Engineering from reputable univercity
- More than 3 years exp in coal mining
- Expertise in minescape software
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
- Male / Female, age max, 35 years old
- Bachelor degree (S1) from any discipline and more than 5 years work exp
- Set up training & development system, familiar with procedure (SOP) and mastering the implementation for ISO
HR & GA MANAGER
- Male / Female, age max, 40 years old
- Bachelor degree (S1) from any discipline and more than 5 years similiar work exp
- Provides guidance to management in industrial relation in order to ensure compliance with regulation and labor law
- Responsible for staffing recruiting and selection process in order to fulfill man power needs of each department in timely basis with high qualified employee
- Analyze existing business system, policy, process, and procedures
SAFETY & HEALTH ENVIRONMENT SUPERINTENDENT
- Male / Female, age max, 35 years old
- Bachelor degree (S1) from any discipline
- Coordinate HSE training, educations, promotions, exercise and drills with local authority, client and sub contractors
- Develop required HSE training materials & delivering internal HSE training
- Completing and documenting the training documentations such as attendance list, pre/post test, and questionnaire reports
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Male / Female, age max, 35 years old
- Bachelor degree (S1) from any discipline and more than 5 years similiar work exp
- Develop new business within the company and coordinate to operation people
- Set anew procedure to the business to company’s standart work
- Ensure program implementation which is integrate to company strategy map
