We are a leading Fast Moving Consumer Goods company manufacturing market leader’s functional home care and food products. Due to our fast growing operations,
we are seeking high caliber candidates for the following positions:
Information & Technology Manager (ITM)
Specific Qualifications:
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree graduates majoring in computer science / Information Technology
2. Having CISA certification is preferred
3. Having at least 5 years experience in the similar position
4. Experienced in Operating System, Network and Business Application technology
5. Able to interpret business strategy and translate into IT resource requirements
6. Having capability to do and compile IT policies
7. Having skills in database (Oracle, MS-SQL)
8. Experienced in IT Infrastructure planning and development
9. Having a minimum of 3 years experiences in managing IS section / department, familiar with ERP system, familiar with software development life cycle
10. Able to evaluate new software application management, data communication, disaster recovery, security plan and other system management
Logistic Head (LH)
Specific Qualifications:
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree with more than 3 years experience as Logistic Head in FMCG Company
2. Having good knowledge in the distribution channel and mechanism of FMCG and pharmaceutical
3. Having good concept of distribution company
Accounting Head (AH)
Specific Qualifications:
1. Male/female, bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance from reputable university
2. Minimum 3 years solid experience as an Accounting Head at FMCG
3. Having good experiences in accounting and financial planning & analysis, coordination for the annual budget, tax matter, new product and business development plant
Engineering Head (EH)
Qualifications:
1. S1 Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from reputable university
2. Minimum 3 years solid experience as Engineering Head
3. Familiar with Filling and packaging machine
4. Possess strong leadership, inter-personal communication, problem solving and analytical skills
Brand Manager (BM)
Specific Qualifications:
1. Male/female, maximum 30 years old
2. S1 graduate from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.3 Master graduate in Marketing is preferred
3. Having deep experience of minimum 5 years in managing and developing FMCG brand: TVC Making and Media Planning (familiar with TVC rules and regulation); BTL program (able to analyze the most effective program); Market Analysis (SWOT, competitor); Marketing budget and plan
4. Familiar with the marketing research design, study and analysis: Qualitative Research / FGD; Quantitative Research; Distribution Tracking; Post ads.
5. Able to communicate in Chinese is preferred
6. Interested to work on international market development project
Recruitment Supervisor (RSV)
Specific Qualifications:
1. Male/female, maximum 30 years old
2. Bachelor degree in Psychology with minimum GPA 3.00
3. Having 4 years experience in development and recruitment projects
4. Having 2 years experience as Recruitment Supervisor
5. Familiar with Psychological test procedure, interview and administration
Remuneration Specialist (RS)
Specific Qualifications:
1. Male/female, maximum 28 years old
2. Bachelor degree from any discipline with GPA min. 3.00
3. Excellent knowledge in benefit welfare matter, remuneration system, payroll, Performance Management System, and tax/banking
General Qualifications:
1. Excellent in written and spoken English is a must
2. Possess strong leadership, interpersonal communication, problem solving and analytical skills
3. Have a Can Do attitude, communication & relationship building, conceptual thinking, developing others, integrity, teamwork
4. High integrity, positive thinking and attitudes, honesty, persistent, team player
5. Proactive, hard worker, discipline and willing to work extra hours & under pressure to meet deadline
