CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
- At least 15 years experience in financial industry
- Having good knowledge in Finance, Accounting, Audit, taxation, Planning, Budgeting, Investment and Accounting Principles
- Experienced in structuring debt transactions with foreign investors
- Responsibilities:
- Manage bank’s liquidity and financial performance
- Ensure transactions are recorded according to applicable accounting principles
- Prepare and monitor budget and expenses
- Manage corporate tax matters, and regulatory reporting
- Familiar with Management Reporting, Risk Management, Internal Control
- Have a strong asset & liability management skill
- Excellent ability to written and communicate in English
