Mobil Cepu Ltd. (MCL) is seeking candidates to fill several positions for its new Banyu Urip operations.

FLOATING STORAGE & OFFERLOADING (FSO) POSITIONS:

Mooring Master (MM)

Candidate must:

1. Hold a valid Class 1 (Master Marine) STCW certificate of competency for unlimited tonnage, with a Liquid Petroleum Endorsement.
2. Have served for at least 3 years sea time as a Master on Oil Tankers completing foreign voyages or a similar capacity on FPSO operation.

Assistant Mooring Master (AMM)

Candidate must:

1. Hold a valid class (Master Marine) or Class 2 (Chief Mate) STCW certificate of competency for unlimited tonnage, with a Liquid Petroleum Endorsement.
2. Have served for at least 2 years sea time as a Master on Oil Tankers completing foreign voyages or a similar capacity on FPSO operation.

Deck Operations Supervisor (DOS)

Candidate must:

1. Hold a valid Class 1 (Master Marine) STCW certificate of competency for unlimited tonnage, with a Liquid Petroleum Endorsement.
2. Have served for at least 3 years sea time as a Master or Chief on Oil Tankers completing foreign voyages or a similar capacity on FPSO operation.

Lead Cargo Control Room Operator (LCCRO)

Candidate must:

1. Hold a valid class (Master Marine) or Class 2 (Chief Mate) STCW certificate of competency for unlimited tonnage, with a Liquid Petroleum Endorsement.
2. Have served for at least 2 years sea time as a Chief Mate or Second Mate on Oil Tankers completing foreign voyages or a similar capacity on FPSO operation.

Cargo Control Rooom Operator (CCRO)

Candidate must:

1. Hold a valid Class 2 (Chief Mate) or Class 3 (Second Mate) STCW certificate of competency for unlimited tonnage, with a Liquid Petroleum Endorsement.
2. Have served for at least 2 years sea time as a Second Mate or Third Mate on Oil Tankers completing foreign voyages or a similar capacity on FPSO operation.

Plant Operations Supervisor (POS)

Candidate must:

1. Hold a valid Class 1 (Chief Engineer – Steam or Motor) STCW certificate of competency for unlimited tonnage, with a Liquid Petroleum Endorsement.
2. Have served for at least 3 years sea time as a Chief Engineer on Oil Tankers completing foreign voyages or a similar capacity on FPSO operation.

Lead Engine Control Room Operator (LECRO)

Candidate must:

1. Hold a valid Class 1 (Chief Engineer – Steam or Motor) or Class 2 (Second Engineer) STCW certificate of competency for unlimited tonnage, with a Liquid Petroleum Endorsement.
2. Have served for at least 2 years sea time as a Second Engineer or Third Engineer on Oil Tankers completing foreign voyages or a similar capacity on FPSO operation.

Engine Control Room Operator (ECRO)

Candidate must:

1. Hold a valid Class 2 (Second Engineer) or Class 3 (Third Engineer) STCW certificate of competency for unlimited tonnage, with a Liquid Petroleum Endorsement.
2. Have served for at least 2 years sea time as a Third Engineer or Fourth Engineer on Oil Tankers completing foreign voyages or a similar capacity on FPSO operation.

For all those above FSO positions, candidates should have:

1. Proof of valid STCW certificate of competency and large crude oil tankersea time will be required.
2. Advance level in spoken and written English language. Ability to prepare written reports in English is preferable.
3. Some knowledge of oil field operations would be beneficial
4. Relevant crude oil tanker experience is preferable
5. A high level of computer skills is essential
6. Good communications (upward and downward) and teamwork skills are essential
7. Demonstrated background in behavioral based safety.
8. Willingness to stay at the training facilities for a 1-2 years training program, and/ or company’s field site in Indonesia or oeverseas for 1-2 years
