PT. Kaltim Nitrate Indonesia (KNI), a joint venture company between Armindo Group and Orica Group, is constructing a large scale continuous chemical manufacturing facility located in Bontang, East Kalimantan. The facility is world scale utilizing the best available most advanced technology of its type globally. KNI is determined to deliver the best performing ammonium nitrate manufacturing complex in the world and is seeking skilled, experienced and committed applicants to form members of a successful site team. Extensive training including training in international locations will be provided for successful applicants in order to position them and the facility for success from day one.

Senior Mechanical Engineer (SME)

1. Mechanical Engineering Degree
2. Minimum 10 years experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical plant or similar industries
3. Substantial experience in a variety of Mechanical role including operations, maintenance, project management and design
4. Proven experience in standards, HAZOP and SHE knowledge and management

Mechanical Technicians (MT)

1. Technical High School (SMK)
2. Minimum 5 years post trade qualifications experience in the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems in oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical plant or similar industries
3. Mechanical qualifications (fitting, rotating equipment, etc) and experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical plant or similar industries

Senior Electrical & Instrument Engineer (SEIE)

1. Electrical Engineering or Physics Engineering Degree
2. Minimum 10 years experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical plant operation or similar industries
3. Substantial experience in a variety of Electrical & Instrument including operations, maintenance, project management and design
4. Proven experience in Standards, HAZOP and SHE knowledge and management

Electrical & Instrument Planner (EIP)

1. Engineer or Diploma in Electrical
2. Minimum 10 years post qualification experience in EI Facilitation / Planning, at least 5 years post trade qualification experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical industry or similar industries in the operations / maintenance of EI systems
3. E/I planning qualification and skills in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical plant or similar industries
4. SAP PM or equivalent CMMS planning experience

Electrical and Instrument Supervisor (EIS)

1. Diploma or Technical High School (SMK) or trade qualification in Electrical and Instrumentation
2. Minimum of 5 years experience for Diploma or 10 years post trade qualification experience for SMK, in leading Maintenance / Reliability team with oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical plant or similar industries.
3. EI qualification and experience leading team in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical plant and similar industries.

General Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge and commitment to SH&E Management
2. Willing to learn and working independently
3. Good time management and punctual
4. Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
5. Ability to work in vary cultures
6. Fluency in English both oral and written with minimum TOEFL score 450 or IELTS score 6.0
